You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use lb9. Age verification is conducted during KYC. Accounts found to belong to underage persons are immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active lb9 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension. Bonus abuse via multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.
All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements stated at the time of issuance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full rollover amount has been completed on eligible games at lb9.
Withdrawals from lb9 are processed in MYR to verified Malaysian bank accounts or e-wallets. Full KYC completion is required before any withdrawal is approved. No currency conversion fees apply.
Collusion, fraud, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited on lb9 and will result in immediate permanent account closure.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an account on lb9 or by accessing any lb9 Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with lb9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using lb9's Services and close your account by contacting lb9 customer support.
2.3 lb9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account Holders via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of lb9's Services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
3.1 To register an account with lb9, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to lb9's Services is prohibited by law; and (d) not be a self-excluded player or a player whose account has been previously suspended or permanently closed by lb9.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one active lb9 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lb9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any associated balance or bonus funds, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
3.3 You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number — is accurate, current, and complete. lb9 will rely on this information for account management and KYC verification purposes. You are obliged to notify lb9 promptly of any changes to your registered information.
3.4 lb9 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing reasons for such refusal.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your lb9 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.
4.2 lb9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify lb9 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4.3 lb9 may suspend or permanently close an account where: (a) fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed; (b) KYC documents submitted are found to be fraudulent or misrepresentative; (c) the account holder is found to be under the age of 21; or (d) lb9 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
4.4 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting lb9 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures, subject to KYC completion.
5.1 All transactions on lb9 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). lb9 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR deposits or withdrawals.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the lb9 deposit page and are subject to change without notice.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. lb9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times apply as published on the lb9 withdrawal page.
5.4 All withdrawal requests are subject to full KYC verification. lb9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
5.5 lb9 reserves the right to perform transaction reviews on accounts showing unusual or potentially fraudulent financial activity prior to processing withdrawals. Such reviews may result in temporary withdrawal holds pending investigation.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by lb9 are subject to individual rollover requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum odds restrictions (for sportsbook bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, as specified in the individual promotion's terms at the time of issuance.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the full rollover requirement has been satisfied. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds after rollover completion, up to any applicable maximum withdrawal cap, may be transferred to the main wallet and requested as a withdrawal.
6.3 lb9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn prior to a Player meeting the rollover requirement, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be voided. Real-money funds previously deposited will not be affected.
6.4 Abuse of lb9's bonus system — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, arbitrage betting, or patterns of betting designed to systematically reduce risk while satisfying rollover requirements — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potential permanent account closure.
7.1 All bets placed on lb9 are final once confirmed. lb9 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted, except in circumstances of demonstrable technical error at lb9's sole discretion.
7.2 In the event of a technical failure affecting a live casino game, live dealer game, or sportsbook market, lb9 will apply the following policy: (a) if the game was in progress at the time of failure and a fair result cannot be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned; (b) if a result was already determined prior to the technical failure, the result stands.
7.3 lb9 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay the settlement of any bet where it suspects irregularity, fraud, or manipulation. Markets may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lb9 and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, permanent account closure, and/or legal action where applicable:
9.1 All content on lb9.club — including but not limited to game software, graphics, trademarks, logos, page layouts, text, and promotional materials — is the property of lb9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use lb9's Services for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any lb9 content.
10.1 lb9's Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lb9 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free service.
10.2 lb9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of lb9's Services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, even if lb9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 lb9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of lb9's Services shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their lb9 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
11.1 lb9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account with lb9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 lb9 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by law, regulation, or its licensing authority.
12.1 lb9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the deposit limit, session time reminder, cooling-off, and self-exclusion tools available within their lb9 account settings.
12.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted through lb9's Responsible Gaming tools take effect within 24 hours of submission. 13.2 Your continued use of lb9's Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using lb9's Services and close your account.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lb9 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
14.2 Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact lb9 customer support in the first instance to allow lb9 the opportunity to resolve the matter through its internal complaint resolution process. lb9 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
