This is the number of times you must bet your bonus before you can withdraw any winnings from it. A x10 rollover on a RM100 bonus means you need to place RM1,000 in total bets before cashing out. Higher rollover (x20, x30) means harder conditions.
While using bonus funds, there is usually a cap on how much you can stake per bet. Exceeding this limit — even accidentally — can result in your bonus being voided. This protects the platform from bonus abuse strategies.
Not all games contribute equally towards clearing your rollover. Slots typically contribute 100%, meaning every RM1 staked on slots counts as RM1 towards rollover. Table games like baccarat or blackjack usually contribute only 10%–20%, making them much slower for clearing bonuses.
Bonuses don't last forever. Most welcome bonuses and reload promos expire within 7 to 30 days of being credited. If you haven't met the wagering requirement within the window, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings are forfeited.
A sticky bonus stays in your account as a "phantom" balance — you can use it to bet, but you can never withdraw it. Only the winnings generated from sticky bonus play can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus is credited as real money and can be withdrawn after completing rollover.
Even after clearing the rollover, some bonuses cap how much you can actually withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. This limit is stated in the bonus terms and exists to limit risk on free bonus offers.
For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets usually need to be placed at minimum odds to count towards rollover. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum won't contribute, so make sure your selections qualify.
